WHAT AGE DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR THIS CONFERENCE?
The Branded by Fire Youth Conference is recommended for ages 12 and older. We hope that you, the youth leaders and youth pastors will help us by honoring this policy. As our guests, the spiritual and physical well being of each youth is our main concern. Please consider the following: The music is quite loud and may cause injury to younger children whose hearing is more sensitive. The sessions may sometime include subject matter, human videos and/or discussion that may not be appropriate for younger children. With this said, we still understand that some youth groups include 11 year olds and some even 10 year olds. We ask that when you register, the youth pastor/group leader discuss these exceptions with the registrar for consideration. Some have asked about registration fees or reduced fees for even younger ages. Again, we would reiterate the above policy and request that you make other arrangements for the younger children. We are unable to provide a reduced fee based on age.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes. Dress is casual, shorts of a modest length or jeans are fine. Please do not wear spaghetti straps, shirts that reveal the mid-section, low necklines or tight clothing. In addition, low-rider/hip-hugger pants should be worn only with shirts that are long enough to cover the mid-section and underclothing when arms are raised.

WILL ALL LEADERS BE ABLE TO ATTEND THE LEADERSHIP SESSIONS?
Yes. All leaders whether they wear the leader color wristband or the youth color wristband may attend the leader sessions in the mornings.

WHERE DO OUR BUSES LOAD, UNLOAD AND PARK?
A bus/van loading zone will be designated on DeSoto Street directly in front of the Youth Auditorium. It will be marked by orange traffic cones. It should be accessed by going west on DeSoto Street from W, X or Y Streets. BUSES should park in the parking lots on the corners of X and DeSoto Streets. Cars and vans may park in any parking lot on campus which is not designated as handicapped or reserved.

DO YOU HAVE PARTIAL REGISTRATION AVAILABLE? WHAT IF WE CAN ONLY ATTEND EVENING SERVICES?
I’m sorry, but partial registration is not available for this conference. We have limited seating. This conference usually sells out making it impractical to offer partial registrations.

WILL WE HAVE TO WAIT IN LINE BEFORE EACH SESSION?
Doors open 1 hour before each service begins. Many youth groups choose to come early to try to find a seat near the front. This does create a line but it moves quickly once the doors have opened. Remember that the summers in Florida are very hot, especially during the afternoons. If you choose to wait in line, please bring sunscreen for skin protection and plenty of water for hydration.
